Summer means sunshine, outdoor living and one more great excuse to spoil our dogs.
I always get a lot of questions about product recommendations, favourite products and favourite places to shop for dog stuff...so I decided it was time to spill the beans on @im.lovebug's blog.
If you're looking for my favourites, you have come to the right place.
Here we go.
1. To start us off, we have my very favourite must have dog harness for boys. This adorable Rainbow harness is from Petpoochboutique and is available in sizes XS-Large...and it has a stylish matching leash, collar and poo bag holder.
2. The second must have summer item for boys is also from Petpoochboutique. This stylish Palm Blue Peacock collar and leash will make any pup the centre of attention whenever you go out (and yes, if @im.lovebug was a boy she would be sporting this set all summer.
3. A cool striped tee is a must have for any stylish pup. It makes a statement and matches all accessories. You can find one of my favourite striped dog T-shirts here.
4. Of course your pup needs a super stylish bandana for summer. And this cool Royal Mint Tie dye is one of the cutest tie dye designs I've seen for pups.
5. A cooling vest is another must have item for dogs. On those hot summer days it's important to keep our dogs as cool and comfortable as possible...and these practical cooling vests I've found on Amazon are a definite summer favourite for all pups.
6. Another summer must have is a practical UV protection shirt for pups. Just as humans needs to be protected from the harmful rays of the sun, so do our dogs. There's a few different sun protection brands out there, but these ones I've found on Amazon are some of my personal favourites. They come in a few different colours, so you're sure to find one you like for your pup.
7. I know this one is a given, but I'm still going to include it, because I wouldn't want to survive summer without this trusty water bottle. It's easy to bring with you and it serves as a water bowl everywhere you go.
8. Frozen ice cream treats for dogs. This one isn't specifically for boys, but I had to put it on the list because it's such a great summer treat. You can use my recipes to make your own treats from scratch (see my previous blog posts) or you can get these yummy ice cream treat sets from Amazon.
9. This cool Tropical Summer Tee embodies everything summer should be. It's cool, exotic and made from breathable fabric.
